SO, MY HAIR IS GREY.

So, my hair is grey. In the pictures it looks white but trust me, it's grey. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be brave enough to rock such a bold statement hair color but here I am, and absolutely I love it!

It's ironic too, I was just complaining about being "old" and whining to my friends about not getting carded and then I go out and get grey hair-ha!

Last night I attended to the Fade to Light fashion show (recap coming soon) and had an amazing time! The fashion was awesome and I made a few new friends but the best part was that unlike most shows, even though I was juggling my phone, my Nikon and a drink, I didn't stress out about getting the "perfect shot" like I normally do. It was great! This was probably one of my favorite shows for the simple fact that I actually allowed myself to enjoy it.

I wrote a blog post about how to get the best fashion show coverage when you're a one-woman (or man) show but, it's officially time to expand the team! I'm really excited because next month I'll be hiring an assistant/intern and a photographer to attend shows with me and take pictures from the pit. Between my PR and Marketing business, Arreis and my blog, there is definitely a need for extra hands!

Speaking of fashion shows, I will be designing and creating a piece for Modified Style!  I have no desire to be a designer but I always thought it would be fun to design a line and though I'm not quite ready to produce a 22-piece collection, I think I can handle one-ha!

Watch this space for a behind-the-scenes peek of my design and production process and updates about the show!

DENIM, LEATHER AND A TRIP TO VEGAS.

Guys, I'm going to Vegas!
It's funny, I was literally just telling you about trying to break my boundary of thinking I can't afford to travel and naturally I go and book a trip to Vegas where everything is expensive. Figures right? Ha! Never-the-less, I'll be in Vegas for my birthday in a couple weeks and I couldn't be more excited!

Every year I blow off making plans for my birthday until the last possible second so my birthday has never really been a big thing. But, this year I decided to get a some what early start on planning and do something fun! Originally I was thinking of having a cabin party somewhere on Mt.Hood until I decided, what the hell, why not go to Vegas?!

Although the idea of "turning up" four days in a row slightly scares me, I've never been to Vegas so I'm really looking forward to taking this trip with my girls!

While some people make a huge list of all the things they want to see and do when going to Vegas for the first time, the only thing I really, really, really, MUST do is visit the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM!I mean seriously, cupcakes in an 24 hour ATM?! Doesn't get much sweeter then that! Ha, you like that pun on words?

Have you ever been to Vegas? Do you have any recommendations for things to do while there other than visiting the cupcake ATM? Lol. Lettme' know below!
