Yesterday I attended the release party for the launch of Caravan Pacific's Modern Metal Hair Ties hosted by Betsy + Iya. It was a nice evening of wine, good people, awesome jewelry and braids + styling from Emily Katz. (Loved this look!)
I had the opportunity to meet the Modern Metal Hair Tie designer, Shannon Guirl (pictured above in white), who gave me the run down on her inspiration for the collection and how she went from crafting classic American lighting to designing fab hair accessories.
Seriously guys, I'm so in love! These simple yet chic ties are the perfect accessory! They're extremely versatile and add the perfect amount of glamour to any look- which naturally I love! I ended up getting the large brass tie. Stay tuned to see how I style it!
