I live for a great fashion show and on Wednesday, Fade to Light gave me just that! Fade to Light is a biannual fashion show + multimedia presentation produced by Elizabeth Mollo Productions. "[It's] not just a fashion show, but an experience that leaves the viewer with a solid understanding of each designer and the collections being shown."(elizabethmollo.com)
Each presentation began with a short film that communicated the message of the brand. There was a dog, a dance performance and some really cute male models. I was totally blown away by how cohesive the collections were and the designs coming down the runway. It was great!
My favorite designers of the night were Mag-Big's House Collection, Urchin Redesign (who will show an exclusive and specially designed collection at Portland Fashion Week) and of course Bryce Black!
It's just my luck that the battery on my camera battery died right as Bryce Black was about to show but let me tell you, It was amazing! I'll definitely have to come to the February installation of Fade to Light!
