PAUL MITCHELL SCHOOL OF PORTLAND x PDX FASHION EXPO
I've never attended the PDX Fashion Expo but with live music, local designers and free on-site styling + makeup from Paul Mitchell, it sounds like something worth checking out. I wonder if they'll have makeup that compliments darker skin tones... This event is Sunday, August 2nd 12:30pm at Pioneer Courthouse Square.
VINTALIER x ONE EYE GIRL ART SHOW.
Vintalier is hosting their first art show featuring fashion illustrator Stephan Beaumont of One Eye Girl. From what I've seen of his work it seems like it'll be a pretty cool event! I'm hoping that there will be prints available to purchase. This print would look great in my apartment! Oh, and this one too! Thursday, August 6th at 6pm
ALLEY 33.
Alley 33 is a super fun summer fashion show held in (you guessed it) an alley on 33rd. The alley is transformed into a runway where models strut their stuff rocking ready-to-wear from 20 local Portland designers. I attended last season on behalf of Portland Fashion Week and had so much fun! Alley 33 is Saturday, August 8th at 7pm at 33rd & SE Hawthorne Blvd. Click here to get tickets.

FADE TO LIGHT
As someone who has been apart of putting on fashion shows and has seen what it takes to create a great show, I really enjoy attending Fade to Light. The show itself is run very smoothly and the designer line up is great! I'm looking forward to seeing new collections from Bryce Black, Altar, Rogue Minx, Sara Bergman and StudioSKB!
