Portland Fashion Week took place last weekend at the Memorial Coliseum and oh-my-goodness it was such an amazing season! I was completely blown away by the talent of the designers and their collections! Portland has got some serious talent you guys!
If you follow me you know that I am the Social Media Manager for Portland
Fashion Week- which is cool because I got the opportunity to go behind the scenes to
see all the ins and outs of the show. The bad part however, was that
because I was busy tweeting, Instagraming and Facebooking for PFW's
social platforms, I didn't get to cover Fashion Week as a blogger
and get pictures of each designer collection. BUT, on the
final night of the event- The Art
Institute of Portland's 'F-Stop', my phone died right before the last designer showed. Since I couldn't tweet or post pictures with a dead phone I
was able to take a few pictures.
The designer was Danielle Grasseth, a senior at the Art Institute of Portland and wow, her collection was amazing! I could definitely see myself wearing the majority of the pieces she presented.

ReplyDeleteI just moved to the area last year, and have yet to take full advantage of Portland's fashion scene. I will definitely have to keep an eye on your blog, hahaha, I need all the help I can get!
