Every year I post holiday gift guides featuring big name retailers. Yes, I love Nordstrom and I love me some West Elm (lol), but I think it's a little more special to shop local during the holiday season (and in general). By shopping local, not only are you getting an awesome (handmade in most cases) product but, you're also supporting someones passion and dream by investing in their business. And let's be real, there are some pretty freaking awesome #PortlandMade brands here in Portland!
To kick off my #PortlandMade gift guide, we're starting with the ladies. Check out my #PortlandMade Gift Guide: For Her
Because I could't fit every #portlandmade brand I love in the image above, here are few more #portlandmade brands that would make awesome gifts 'for her'!

Black Friday is coming up this weekend and I'm super excited! Portland has two major Black Friday shopping events (that I know of), Little Boxes and Black Magic both happening Nov 28-29. Many of the brands listed above are participating in one of these events. Ditch the malls this weekend and check out one or both of the events. They're totally worth checking out! Trust me...I know these things-ha! (:
Happy shopping!
